Case Details

Breast implant revision before and after photos of a 54 year-old female s/p breast augmentation with revision 15 years ago, who presents with capsular contracture, ptosis and asymmetry. She wished to have natural appearing breasts for her age and underwent capsulectomy, exchange of breast implants to IDEAL implants (300cc on the right, 240cc on the left) and mastopexy. Results are shown 6 weeks post-op.
