55 year-old female underwent a mommy makeover with a breast lift with implants and a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty). Full profile 385 cc Natrelle Inspira silicone implants were used and placed in a submuscular dual plan with a Wise (anchor) pattern mastopexy. Results are at 1 month post-op.
