37 year-old female underwent a mommy makeover with a breast augmentation and a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty). The patient wanted only a modest increase in breast size and had 190 cc Natrelle Inspira silicone implants placed in a sub-muscular dual plane via inframammary incisions. The patient previously had a tummy tuck performed by another surgeon in Beverly Hills that did not result in complete resolution of her excess abdominal skin and required a tummy tuck to fix the problem. Results are at 3 months after surgery. Height: 5’5″ Weight: 118 lbs.
