34 year-old female underwent buttock augmentation with 485cc gluteal implants (Implantech) placed intra-muscular via inter-gluteal (butt crack) incisions and had ultrasound assisted lipectomy (liposuction) of back, flanks, inner thighs, and back with fat transfer to buttocks and hips. Results are at 1 year post-op.
