33 year-old female with tuberous breasts and excess abdominal skin underwent tuberous breast correction and a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) as part of a mommy makeover. The procedure included lowering of the breast creases, release of the constricting breast tissue, submuscular dual plane placement of Natrelle Inspira silicone breast implants (415 cc on the left; 345 cc on the right) and a donut (circumareolar) mastopexy. Patient also had liposuction and a modest fat transfer to the hips. Results are at 2.5 months post-op.
