Hey everyone, this is Zach Farris. I’m a plastic surgeon in Dallas. Today, we’re doing a breast augmentation. This is a great opportunity to see the difference when you have an implant placed versus when you don’t have an implant in the breast. So here (left side), we haven’t put the implant in yet.
