After completing his plastic surgery training with some of the most accomplished plastic surgeons located in NYC, Dr. Farris spent many years there at the prestigious Albert Einstein College of Medicine – Montefiore program. There, he served as an assistant professor, educator and researcher, teaching the principles and art of plastic surgery to plastic surgeons / trainees and medical students. Dr. Farris is tirelessly devoted to his patients and community. He led the development of the Body Contouring Program and contributed to the expansion of plastic surgery services at the institution’s newly built Ambulatory Surgery Center.
After dedicating his early years to academic practice, Dr. Farris transitioned to private practice in Dallas, Texas. He is excited to offer all aspects and areas of cosmetic plastic surgery, including face, breast, body, male and non-surgical services. In particular, he has a passion for breast surgery and is well versed in multiple techniques in cosmetic surgery of the breast. During the consultation, Dr. Farris will spend about 45-60 minutes with you, discussing your concerns, treatment options, rationale for treatment, description of the procedure, scar patterns, risks and the recovery course. Your questions will always be encouraged and entertained. At the end of this process, you will be able to make an informed decision about your surgery! We offer a spacious office setting that is comfortable, relaxed, and private and is located in north Dallas near Presbyterian Hospital. Our office includes an AAAASF accredited surgical suite that allows you to optimize convenience, privacy and cost.

Dr. Farris is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, American Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is an active member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and is on their Continuing Medical Education (CME) and Industry Support Committees. Dr. Farris is also a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and Dallas Society of Plastic Surgeons. He received his B.A. degree from NYU and his M.D. degree from Drexel University College of Medicine (MCP Hahnemann). Dr. Farris completed his internship at Brown University, surgery residency at UMDNJ and plastic surgery residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine – Montefiore.
